Project Management / Financial Management. Act as a liaison between TCC/Project Ownership, lender, and title company
Detailed General Contractor pay app review with construction management team
Assemble monthly project construction draws and review lien waivers with title company
Assist construction team with managing contingency logs and partner monthly reporting
Manage Project Insurance Certificates
Contract value / Change Order tracking of design contracts
Contract drafting / populating
Close out documentation support
Coordination with Property Management
Assist TCC Business Unit with day to day operations and administration
Control company and project accounts receivables and payables
Expense reports for TCC team
Procure office supplies
Marketing.
Act as a point of contact for corporate marketing group
Maintain and update Business Unit website
Create TCC project case studies
Manage special events on both project and Business Unit levels
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree, with business, engineering, or architecture background preferred. 2-3 years of direct experience in commercial real estate construction and/or development may substitute for a technical degree.

Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal or external constituents.
Requires basic knowledge of financial and real estate terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
