FPM Partners ("FPM") is a rapidly growing real estate private equity firm founded in 2019 and based in Los Angeles, California. Four Peaks focuses on acquiring and operating value-add multifamily real estate in high-growth western U.S. markets. Over the past 24 months, Four Peaks has completed over $300mm of acquisitions and is currently investing its first fund, Four Peaks Fund 1, LP.
